Making Dough

In a bowl, you mix all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, yeast, and oil and mix it with clean hands. Now add a little water to it and mix and mix by hand. Once the dough is formed, cover it and leave it for an hour and a half to set.

Chicken Stuffing

Now let's move on to making chicken stuffing. Add oil ginger garlic paste to a pan and fry it a little. Then add the julienne cut chicken pieces, cook for a while, and add all the spices. Finally, add water and soy sauce and cook until the water and soy sauce are dry.

Now let's go back to the beta bread, put some dry flour on the kitchen counter, and knead the dough. Now we will roll it with a rolling pin equal to half an inch in thickness, cut the rounds of Sharma pocket size with any cutter, take a tray and dust it too, and put these rounders in it.
Now take a toa to cook these shawarma pockets and cook them for three to four minutes on one side and also on the other side. Remember fire must be a medium flame. The fire should not be fast. When the light golden color comes from both sides, understand that Bunz is ready. When the shawarma pockets are cooked, wrap them in a kitchen towel to keep them soft.

Making sauce

Now we will make the sauce. For this, in a bowl, add lemon juice, mayonnaise, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper paste, tahini paste, and a little water and mix well. So the sauce is ready.

Making Celts Assembling

Celts will be prepared for the shwarma. To do this, in a bowl, mix finely chopped slices of cucumber, onion, and tomato, and what we have made with the sauce. Now it's time for assembling. For this, we will make the pockets between the beta bread with the help of a knife that we have made. Apply ketchup first to make a salad. Then add the chicken filling and at the end add the Celts which are mixed with the sauce. In the same way, all shawarma pockets will be prepared. You can make them for birthday or tea parties and surf.
