On a plate, take minced beef and a little fat. Tip: (Put it in a sieve for a while so that the water comes out completely.)
Add finely chopped green coriander,
finely chopped onion,
finely chopped,
green chilies,
red chili powder,
salt,
turmeric,
hot spices,
ginger-garlic paste,
roasted and chopped coriander,
cumin, meat tenderizer or papaya paste, roasted gram flour, now file them all by hand. Mix for three minutes. Leave to marinate for one to one and a half hours.

If you have to cook it now, after it is marinated, make a hole in the marinade with a spoon, put foil paper in it, but burning coal in this paper, put some oil on it, cover it for five minutes, mix well before cooking so that all the smoke is mixed.

Apply oil on your hands, take mince in your hands and make balls of it, now you can also use skewers or insert a straw in it and make skewers in the shape of kebabs, it will not make it thinner otherwise it will break.

Now pour oil into a frying pan and fry the kebabs on low flame. After two minutes, when one side becomes golden, turn it carefully. When cooked on both sides, you can dish it out, and eat it with paratha or with sauce.
