Choosing Part of ChickenToday we are making griddle chicken at home. We will not use a breast piece for this. Because it dries up a lot. So we will take part in the thigh. It stays juicy even after cooking. If you find boneless thigh chicken in the shop that's fine, otherwise you can bring it home and separate the bone from it. |

Cooking Tawa ChickenPour oil and butter into a pan. Butter will not burn because of oil. Add chopped ginger garlic paste, fry for one minute, add chicken, cumin, and salt, cook chicken for 5 minutes, then add all spices and cook for another 5 minutes, and then add finely chopped tomato, green chilies, and lemon juice. Now after cooking for more two minutes, put all the chicken in the middle and cover it from the top. Reduce stove fire completely. After 12 minutes, open the steam and add curd and cook. When the curd turns into a gravy, add finely chopped coriander and green chilies to enjoy. |
