Bitter gourd is a vegetable that is not only bitter but also has many benefits. It is eaten in different ways in different areas. Peel off

Peel off the bitter gourd, Put the cuts in their belly and take out their seeds. Clean all the bitter gourd in the same way.

Apply salt and Sundried

Now take the salt and apply the bitter gourd inside and outside well. So that their bitter water may come out. Now if you have sun, leave it in the sun for half an hour, otherwise, leave it in the kitchen for half an hour.

Make Filling

Grind the pomegranate in a mortar and pestle. When it is ground, add the half boil lentils and grind them. Boiled lentils do not soften them so much that they dissolve. Take it out in a bowl and mix it with your hands. Mix in the finely chopped chilies, tomato paste, onion, ginger garlic paste and all the spices. Finally add gram flour and mix well.

Wash and Fry

Wash the vegetable thoroughly and remove the salt and water. If you want to get rid of the bitterness, fry them in mustard oil for seven minutes. And if you don't want to waste their nutrition, replenish them in the same way.

Wrap & Cook Bitter Gourd

After frying them, fill the filling in it and wrap the thread on top. In the same way, fry all the bitter gourds in the same oil over low heat. After frying for 12 minutes, put it in a sieve so that the oil dries. Remove the oil from the pot and let it rest for a while. Add the finely chopped onion. When the onion is cooked and soft, add the chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Now add all the spices and the remaining filling. After cooking all these for seven to eight minutes, add cooked bitter gourd and mix. Finally, leave the lid to steam for five to seven minutes. So let's get the spiders ready.
