Better Than Biryani? Make Quick One Pot Rice with Chicken Thighs

    Today I'm going to make one-pot chicken and rice it is better than biryani or other spicy rice for health with fewer ingredients and in a short time by kun food.

    Making Sauce

    Make a paste by grinding it into a paste and mortar. Add red chillies, garlic, lemon pulp, green chillies, onion, salt, and green coriander and grind it at the end pour olive oil & vinegar, mix well and it will become a spicy sauce.

    Marinade and cooking Chicken

    Take chicken thighs in a bowl and marinate the sauce well. Put it in the fridge for one hour. After being well manned. The tip for cooking well is to first cook it on a high flame by putting butter in a copper pot, change its side after three to four minutes and cook on the other side as well. Then cover it and light the fire. After ten minutes, open the lid and remove the chicken to a plate. Pour the remaining spices into the plate.

    Wash the rice thoroughly half an hour before cooking, and keep it soaked in water.

    Cooking Rice

    Pour water into the same oil where are cooked the chicken add green chilies, hot spice powder, cumin powder, and salt, and mix in the same water. When the water boils, add soaked rice and mix over high heat. When the water in the rice is less than half full, place the cooked chicken pieces on top of it, mix it and close the lid. Light a fire and cook for 20 minutes. In this way, if there is any shortage in chicken, they will also be cooked. After 20 minutes, open the lid and dish out the rice. Enjoy life with enjoying meal.
