Making SauceMake a paste by grinding it into a paste and mortar. Add red chillies, garlic, lemon pulp, green chillies, onion, salt, and green coriander and grind it at the end pour olive oil & vinegar, mix well and it will become a spicy sauce. |

Marinade and cooking ChickenTake chicken thighs in a bowl and marinate the sauce well. Put it in the fridge for one hour. After being well manned.
