Marinade MuttonIn this recipe, we are going to use mutton chops as it contains soft mutton meat. First, we will crush the garlic with a hand crusher. Mix milk and vinegar in a bowl and mix it too becomes make buttermilk. Add crushed garlic, and salt, and mix well. Dip mutton chops in it and marinate well. Now place in the freezer for an hour in the fridge to penetrate the flavors well. |

Steam The MuttonAfter an hour, the smell will disappear and it will be marinated very well. Now it's ready to cook. Put a frying pan on the stove as it will cook and steam the meat. Now with the help of a salt shaker, sprinkle a little salt on the whole meat. Place the frying pan on the stove, Once the frying pan is hot, place the chops in it and cook until lightly browned. Cook for about four to five minutes on both sides. When all the meat is golden, place a griddle on top of the stove and heat it. Place a pot on top of it so that the pot does not get direct heat transfer the whole meat from the pan to the pot.
