2 Kg Mutton
5 Pcs Onions-Peyaz-پیاز
5-6 Pcs Green Chili-Hari Mirch-ہری مرچ
1 Tbsp Salt-Namak-نمک
1 Cup Mutton Fat
2 1/2 Cup Water-Pani-پانی
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
500 gm Yogurt-Dahi-دہی
2 Pcs Lemon-لیموں
1 Pcs Ginger-Adrak-ادرک slices
2 Pcs Green Chili-Hari Mirch-ہری مرچ

    Melting Meat In Cooker

    Put add into a pressure cooker mutton and its fat, with little water, green chili, onion, & salt, set the lid on it, and set time for 10 minutes after 10 minutes of cooking open the lid and check the softness of mutton.

    Cooking Namkeen Gosht

    Separate oil from cooker to another pan, now add ginger garlic paste to this pan after 3 minutes of cooking add yogurt and cooked mutton let mix it together and cook it more for 10 minutes, add lemon juice, green chili, ginger slices. cook for 1 minute. Now it's ready to serve and enjoy.
