Making of mixture

Of course, you can make sweets from dry milk but they should be of good quality. Put sugar and water in a pot and put it on the stove to melt the sugar. Then turn off the stove, add ghee and mix well. Now mix dry milk in it together and run the spoon together so that no lumps form. Finally, add rosewater and condensed milk essence drops and mix. Now let it cool down to room temperature.

Freeze & Cut the Sweet

Then freeze this mixture in a mold garnished with pistachios or dried fruits of your choice and store it in the fridge. After cooling in the fridge, cut it into slices or pieces of your choice and serve it with joy.
