Blend & Peel off MangoesMango pulp is needed in this recipe so we will peel the mango first. Take off all the pulp and put it in a bowl. And the kernels that come out. Put all this pulp, salt, and sugar in a blender and blend to make the puree. When it becomes puree, add milk and blend again. |

Making Mangoes PureePut all this puree in a saucepan and start cooking till it comes to a boil. It does not use artificial colors or flavors. The color of mangoes will give them a shape and it will become a taste. Only corn flour will be added to thicken it. To make a corn flour slurry, mix corn flour and milk in a bowl so that no lumps form. When the mango puree starts to boil well, add this slurry to it slowly and keep running the spoon with the other hand so that it does not burn and nuts do not form. |

Whisk CreamAdd cream to a bowl and whisk it well with a whisk. Now add the cream and keep it in the fridge for two to three hours to set the bowl. You don't have to freeze it, you just have to set it. Mix lightly from top to bottom for a light color. Now refrigerate it. After a few hours, you can surf it. |
