Boiling chickenTake a saucepan, pour water, salt, and vinegar now drop the chicken into a saucepan. Let it cook for 25 minutes. Separate the chicken from chicken stock and roll it with the rolling pin and cut with the knife. |

Filling PreparationPlace a frypan on flame and pour cooking oil, now add ginger garlic paste and cook it for some time, now add chopped cabbage and saute, add chopped green bell peppers and cook for some time, Now add all spices. Cook it for some time. Add chicken, chopped green chilies, and chopped green coriander. Cook it for some time and your filling is ready. |

Making wrapperPlace a non-stick pan and preheat it for 3 minutes, now pour 1 cup of mixture into preheated pan and spread it all around into the pan, cook it for 40 seconds, when you see air bubbles forming on wrappers, remove from pan and place them on a sheet of paper to absorb excess moisture. Repeat this step to make more wrappers. |
