Boiling chicken

Take a saucepan, pour water, salt, and vinegar now drop the chicken into a saucepan. Let it cook for 25 minutes. Separate the chicken from chicken stock and roll it with the rolling pin and cut with the knife.

Take cabbage and green bell pepper, cut them in Jullien style.

Filling Preparation

Place a frypan on flame and pour cooking oil, now add ginger garlic paste and cook it for some time, now add chopped cabbage and saute, add chopped green bell peppers and cook for some time, Now add all spices. Cook it for some time.

Add chicken, chopped green chilies, and chopped green coriander. Cook it for some time and your filling is ready.

Take a bowl and break 4 eggs into this bowl, add cornflour and all-purpose-flour and whisk, add salt, now mix it with your clean hands, Add cornflour, all-purpose-flour if required to make it like caramel consistency. In the end, add water and make it a liquid form.

Making wrapper

Place a non-stick pan and preheat it for 3 minutes, now pour 1 cup of mixture into preheated pan and spread it all around into the pan, cook it for 40 seconds, when you see air bubbles forming on wrappers, remove from pan and place them on a sheet of paper to absorb excess moisture. Repeat this step to make more wrappers.

Take a wrapper and place it on a sheet of paper. Take some filling and place it on the wrapper. Fold the wrapper from 2 sides. Now roll the wrapper from the top. Use the liquid dough for binding. Repeat this step to make all rolls.

Place a frying pan on the stove and preheat it for some time. Now add cooking oil and shallow fry the rolls.
