0.5 tsp Water-Pani-پانی
250 ml Salt-Namak-نمک
Frying Boondi
1 Litter Cooking Oil-تیل
Adding Vegetables
1 Pcs White gourd- کدو /سفید لوکی
1 Pcs Potatoes-Aloo-آلو
1 Pcs Onion Powder
Making Raita
500 gms Yogurt-Dahi-دہی
0.5 tsp Black Cumin-Kala Zeera-کالا زیرہ Crushed by hands
0.5 tsp Black Salt-Kala Namak- کالا نمک
0.5 tsp Salt-Namak-نمک

Make a Mixture

Take a good quality gram flour in a bowl and sift it, add a cup of water and salt and mix well. It will be a good mixture.

Fry Boondi

Pro Tip: Place a wooden spoon in the oil so that when the bubbles start to form, the oil is now ready for frying. Turn on the stove and place a frying pan on top, pour oil. Now take a spoon from a rice maker with small holes in it. If the mixture is put in a frying pan, then the Bundi will be ready. After frying for two minutes, take it out in a bowl and prepare all the Bundi in the same way.

Making Raita

In this way, you can use a variety of vegetables. We are using a white gourd here. Peel off, grate it. Put the white gourd in a frying pan on a stove and cook for five minutes to dry its water. Take a potato peel off, cut into cubes, and boil in water. Take an onion, finely chop it, and put it in cold water. Now put curd, black and white salt, and cumin seeds in a bowl and mix them well. Now mix fried Bundi, boiled potatoes, cooked white gourd, and cold onion in this curd. Cool it in the fridge and eat it with gusto.
