Kun Food Tandoori Roti on Tawa | Home-made with Hotel Style

    Today I will show you how to make market-style Tandoori Roti without having tandoor at home.

    Take flour in a bowl add salt, and now add water gradually and knead with your hands to make a soft dough. Now cover this dough with cling wrap and leave it for 30 minutes for rest.

    For the making of a tortilla, make an oven cushion, take a breadbin now set some kitchen towels on it, and tie it up with a cloth. ( Shown as in video).

    After 30 minutes take some dough and dust it with dry flour, now make a dough ball. Now put it on the surface of the kitchen counter and spread it with your hands, then spread it with help of a rolling pin to make a round tortilla.

    Now set the tortilla on an oven cushion and wet it with some drops of water, now place it on a preheated griddle on high flame for a few seconds, when some bubbles start to rise on this tortilla, put up the griddle in your hands and cook their upper side for few seconds. Do the same process for the rested dough. Now your tortillas are ready to serve and enjoy.
