Peeling off & CuttingFirst of all, we will take the potatoes and peel them. Now take water in a bowl and dip them so that the potatoes are not black. Take a cutting board, and cut the potatoes finely like ginger with the help of a knife or slicer. The thinner the potatoes, the better. |

Make a mixtureNow add these slices of potatoes to a big bowl, add gram flour, fine rice flour, and other basic spices into these slices mix them well at the end add a little bit of water so can combine this mixture. |

Fry FritterTake a frying pan and heat it by adding oil to it, and mix it well once before frying the potato mixture here. Take the potato mixture in hand, shape it around, put it in hot oil, similarly roll the whole mixture and dip it in hot oil. Fry the dumplings till they turn golden. Now you can serve and enjoy. Tip: The oil should be hot when you put it in the cooking oil. |
