Making SauceTake chopped green chilies, salt, and dry pomegranate seeds, Make a smooth paste in a mortar and pestle. |

Making StuffingNow mashed some boiled potatoes to make potatoes chunks, now add 1 tablespoon of handmade sauce, green coriander, and all spices. |

Wet Bread & CuttingPlace some bread slices on a cutting board, now wet them from both sides with a shower bottle, and cut their edges for making bread crumbs. |

Assembling RollsSet filling on one side of wet bread and roll it, if you need more water to make them soft, shower their edges more and close them properly. Do these same steps for all rolls. |

Coating RollsNow dip rolls in beaten eggs one by one, then coat them in breadcrumbs. And set them in a trey. Now you can freeze them for storage. |

Fry RollsPour oil into a frying pan and preheated it for some time, drop all rolls one by one into this oil and fry them until they get golden brown color. Bread rolls are ready to serve and enjoy with your favorite sauce. |
