Roast Dry FruitsPlace a nonstick pan on low flame and roast all dry fruits into desi ghee for 4 minutes. |

Making Sugar syrupNow place a saucepan on flame add water and sugar, add food color. |

Cooking Sweet/ HalwaPlace a nonstick pan on a very low flame, add & roast gram flour for seven minutes, add ghee and roast it. Now add sugar syrup gradually into gram-flour cook more. Crush dry fruits and add to sweet. |
