Hey, guys today I'll show you how to make besan ka halwa at home it's a very easy and healthy sweet dish.

  • Sugar Syrup

  • Roast Besan (Garam flour)

Roast Dry Fruits

Place a nonstick pan on low flame and roast all dry fruits into desi ghee for 4 minutes.

Making Sugar syrup

Now place a saucepan on flame add water and sugar, add food color.

Cooking Sweet/ Halwa

Place a nonstick pan on a very low flame, add & roast gram flour for seven minutes, add ghee and roast it. Now add sugar syrup gradually into gram-flour cook more. Crush dry fruits and add to sweet.
