Aloo Samosa Rolls Recipe || Easy Iftar Recipe

Making Dough

Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, salt, carom seeds, pour ghee, mix them, then pour water and mix nicely, now the dough is ready to roll and cut.

Making Filling

Now take a bowl, add potatoes, mash them, add chopped onions, add salt, chat masala, chopped green coriander, chopped green chili, chili flakes, and mash them with hands. Filing is ready.

Making Flour Glue

Take a bowl add all purpose flour, pour water and mix them properly and make a flour glue.

Making Samosas Rolls

Now make a big tortilla of dough, cut them from their center to their edge to making like a flower (shown as in video). Set filling in each strip and roll them. And bind them with the help of flour glue.

Frying Samosas

Take a deep pot, dip samosas in flour glue from the edges, pour oil in a pot and preheat on high flame, and now fry them at the slow flame for 5 minutes. samosas are ready to serve and enjoy with your favorite ketchup.
