Making DoughTake a bowl, add all purpose flour, salt, carom seeds, pour ghee, mix them, then pour water and mix nicely, now the dough is ready to roll and cut. |

Making FillingNow take a bowl, add potatoes, mash them, add chopped onions, add salt, chat masala, chopped green coriander, chopped green chili, chili flakes, and mash them with hands. Filing is ready. |

Making Flour GlueTake a bowl add all purpose flour, pour water and mix them properly and make a flour glue. |

Making Samosas RollsNow make a big tortilla of dough, cut them from their center to their edge to making like a flower (shown as in video). Set filling in each strip and roll them. And bind them with the help of flour glue. |

Frying SamosasTake a deep pot, dip samosas in flour glue from the edges, pour oil in a pot and preheat on high flame, and now fry them at the slow flame for 5 minutes. samosas are ready to serve and enjoy with your favorite ketchup. |
