Boiling Black Garam WholeAdd salt, water & soaked gram whole in a pressure cooker, and boil them properly for thirty minutes. After boiling strain them with the help of a strainer. |

Cook With Spices & FlavorsPour some oil into a non-stick frying pan, add cumin seeds roast them for just a few seconds, now add chopped green chilies, after two minutes of frying add Bengal gram whole and mix them, now add all spices. Add a little bit quantity of water cooks them for more than six minutes, now add chopped onion, green coriander, tomatoes, lemon juice mix them. Now you can serve & enjoy. |
