Fish Cutting

Cut Rohu Fish from their center (like a book) in a flat shape. Wash it properly.

Take a pot
Now soaked tamarind water, stain it in strainer and add it's water for 6kg Fish, add lemon Juice, ground bishop's seeds, garlic , basin now mix it very well for removing it's lumps .Now add salt, garam masala (an aromatic mixture) and chili powder ,red chili flakes, coriander, cumin powder (not very fine ground).Now mix it very well and make a paste of flavors. Now put the fish inside the marinade, rub these spices both sides of fish. Let's rest it in fridge for at least 24 hours.

Frying

Now take an iron made, preheat it for 2 minutes. Add cooking oil in iron made on 70celsius to140-150celsius. Remove basin spices with hands and drop it in oil made on medium flame on both sides for at least 15 minutes. (7 minutes on each side). Now serve and enjoy it.
